XAMPP, cannot start apache server due error
Windows Services error message
Windows could not start the Apache2.2 on Local Computer. For more information, review the System Event Log. If this is a non-Microsoft service, contact the service vendor, and refer to service-specific error code 1.
event: 7024:The Apache2.2 service terminated with service-specific error Incorrect function..
Solution
- Go to at windows services an set as startup type of TeamViewer5 service, Manual.
- Go to at the settings of teamviewer and set it to do not start on start up.
- Do a restart!
- Open the conrol panel of xampp and enable all services as windows service
- Do a final restart.
Apache and Teamviewer are working on the same tcp ip port, the 80. If you want to use Teamviewer together you should change the teamviewer tcp ip port to something else or load the xampp to virtual machine!
